Terms and Conditions

 

NOTE: In these Terms and Conditions, the term 'General services' refers to all of our services except for courses, intensives, team-building events, and professional development events.

 

Payments for general services

  • Payment is made in advance using our online payment options, in-person at our premises, or by calling us
  • Payments can be made by Credit Card, EFTPOS, cash or direct bank credit. Cheques are not normally accepted

 

Payments for courses, team-building and professional development

  • Bookings are secured by a 50% deposit payable within 2 business days of a booking being made
  • If a verified payment has not been received within 2 business days, and confirmed to you by us, then the booking is deemed to have lapsed and will not be held for you
  • The 50% balance must be paid in full on the day of the course or the event
  • Payment by credit card for amounts in excess of $1000.00 are subject to a further 3% surcharge
  • Deposits are only refundable where the customer cancels the course or event at least 7 days before the booked date

 

Bookings and changes to booked times

  • Flight booking times should be made with us by phone or email well in advance to ensure a convenient day and time for you
  • For general services - you can change the date and time, subject to further availability, if you make the request at least 2 business days prior to the date first booked
  • For courses, teambuilding and professional development events—the change must be requested at least 14 days prior to the booked date
  • Changes outside of these terms will mean forfeiture of the booking and any monies paid, or the addition of a booking-change fee - at our discretion

 

Check-in time for general services

  • Check in time is 15 minutes before the departure time (booking time)
  • Failure to check in at this time may mean that your booking time is shortened by the time elapsed
  • Failure to check in by the departure time will mean forfeiture of the booking and any monies paid, or the addition of a booking-change fee - at our discretion

 

Refunds

  • If you cancel a booking for a general service (subject to the 'Bookings and changes to booked times' policy herein) the amount paid will be held in credit for you for use within 6 months from the date of the original purchase
  • If merchandise purchased is faulty or not suitable it can be returned and exchanged for another identical item or an item of equal value, or a refund will be given in full. Returns are further subject to the requirements of the manufacturer

 

Service cancellations or interuptions

  • If we are unable to provide the service due to unforseen or technical issues we will attempt to notify you of this at least 12 hours prior to your booking time. We will then negotiate another booking time that is convenient for you
  • If your use of the service is significantly compromised by unforeseen technical difficulties we will negotiate an appropriate remedy with you
  • We will not recompense you for any travel or other costs incurred due to an unforeseeable cancellation or service interruption
  • If you use our flight DVD recording option and there are technical issues that compromise the recording we will refund the cost of the DVD service to you. We will not compensate you beyond the cost of the DVD service.

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates and vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue - unless otherwise stated.
  • The expiry date is clearly printed on each gift certificate. A booking must be made prior to the expiry date
  • You may only redeem an expired gift certificate by paying the re-instatement fee of $15.00 per month, for each month that has elapsed from the expiry date
  • If our service is significantly interupted or ceases for any reason we will advise you of such and provide you with a revised date by which you can redeem your certificate - wherever possible.
  • If a gift certificate includes merchandise (as part of a special offer) the merchandise is held by us for the 6 month period of the gift certificate only. Beyond the expiry date the merchandise can no longer be held and is no longer redeemable
  • Gift certificates are not refundable, redeemable in any other form, or transferrable

 

Prices

  • Prices shown on this website are subject to change without notice
  • The price given at the time of a booking is firm for that booking and not affected by any interim price changes
  • Prices shown are in AUD and are inclusive of GST

 

 

Software Delivery Policy

  • Product delivery for any software purchases will follow immediately after payment is confirmed and is via file download over the internet.
  • The area where customers are to be able to download files needed to install our product will be presented to them immediately after the confirmation of their payment has been made

Privacy Policy

  • Information collected is to facilitate your purchase only and is treated as fully confidential.
  • We do not disclose this information to any other party.
  • We may send promotional updates to you from time-to-time.
  • You have the option to opt out of our promotional contact list at any time.

 

Financial Security Information

  • We provide a secure server for all transactions and those services that contain confidential information. This information is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL), that was developed so that only the intended recipient should be able to decipher messages addressed to them. This will significantly improve security of data provided by or for customers.

  • We reserve the right to assess potential security risks and to refuse service to any person who we deem to be a potential security risk.
