Terms and Conditions
Payments and bookings for Flight Adventures, Flight Challenges and general simulator use
- Payment is made in advance using our online payment options, in-person at our premises, or by calling us.
- Payments by Credit Card / EFTPOS are preferred, however cheque, cash and direct bank credit payments are available
- Flight bookings should be made with us by phone or email well in advance to ensure a convenient day and time for you.
Payments and bookings for Simulator Courses
- Bookings for courses are secured by a 50% deposit payable within 2 business days of a booking being made.
- If a verfied payment has not been received within 2 business days, and confirmed to you by us, then the booking is deemed to have lapsed and will not be held for you.
- The 50% balance must be paid in full on arrival at the course.
Changes to bookings
- You can change the date / time, subject to further availability, if you make the request at least 2 business days prior to the date first booked.
- For courses -the change must be requested at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the course.
- Changes outside of these terms will mean forfeiture of the booking and any monies paid, or the addition of a booking-change fee - at our discretion.
Check-in time for bookings
- Check in time is 15 minutes before the departure time (booking time).
- Failure to check in at this time may mean that your booking time is shortened by the time elapsed.

Cancellations & Refunds
- If you cancel a booking (subject to the terms above) the amount paid will be held in credit for you for use within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- If we need to cancel your booking, or are unable to provide the service due to technical issues, you have the option to change the booking to another date/time at no cost to you, or to receive a refund in full.
- We will not recompense you for any travel costs incurred due to an unforeseeable cancellation or service interruption.
- If your use of the service is significantly compromised by unforeseen technical difficulties we will negotiate an appropriate remedy with you.
- If merchandise purchased is faulty or not suitable it can be returned and exchanged for another item, or a refund will be given in full. Returns further are subject to the requirements of the manufacturer.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. A booking must be made within the 6 month period.
- Gift Certificates are not refundable, redeemable in any other form, or transferrable.
Prices
- Prices shown on this website are subject to change without notice.
- The price given at the time of a booking is firm for that booking and not affected by any interim price changes.
- Prices shown are in AUD and are inclusive of GST.
Delivery Policy
- Flight Vouchers and Gift Certificates:
- All flight bookings are redeemed in person.
- Gift certificates are not transferable and not redeemable in any other form.
- Vouchers and Gift Certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Software:
- Product delivery for any software purchases will follow immediately after payment is confirmed and is via file download over the internet. The area where customers are to be able to download files needed to install our product will be presented to them immediately after the confirmation of their payment has been made.
- If delivery of the files during download is interrupted or customers experience difficulty in downloading our products they can always retry downloading the file again or they can contact customer support at

Privacy Policy
- Information collected is to facilitate your purchase only and is treated as fully confidential.
- We do not disclose this information to any other party.
- We may send promotional updates to you from time-to-time.
- You have the option to opt out of our promotional contact list at any time.
Financial Security Information
We provide a secure server for all transactions and those services that contain confidential information. This information is encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL), that was developed so that only the intended recipient should be able to decipher messages addressed to them. This will significantly improve security of data provided by or for customers.
Personal Security Requirements
We reserve the right to assess potential security risks and to refuse service to any person who we deem to be a potential security risk. It is therefore a condition of use that we may ask users for proof of identity and other relevant personal information before they use our services. |
